Meet Mike Schupp and the Dynamic Decks Idaho Falls team

Mike Schupp leads our Idaho Falls operation as general manager. If you have a deck or other outdoor space in mind, we want to hear what you would like to change and show you how the plan could work on your property.

Mike's role in Idaho Falls

Mike wants homeowners to feel good about the people they hired as well as the deck they built. That means the conversation has to cover the work itself and what you can expect while it is underway. You should be able to see the proposed design and ask about the people and responsibilities involved in your job.

Every yard raises different questions. A deck may need to meet a porch, sit above a changing grade, or leave room for a railing and lighting. We begin by talking about how you want to use the space and looking at the site. That gives us a basis for discussing layout and materials rather than asking you to choose a product from a photo alone.

The work our team discusses with homeowners

We build custom decks, railings, pergolas, porches, and other outdoor spaces. A deck conversation might include wood, cedar, composite, or PVC, along with railing and lighting choices. If you have a covered space or shade structure in mind, tell us what you want it to do and how it should connect with the rest of the yard. We can discuss which pieces belong in your project instead of assuming every feature is necessary.

What happens when you bring us an idea

We start with a consultation about the site and how you want to use it, then put together a design and proposal. Permit or HOA submissions follow when they apply. Ask us which drawings and selections your project will include and who will be your contact as it moves ahead.

What we would like to know about your space

You do not need a finished design to get in touch. Tell us where the deck or structure would go, whether you have an existing space to work around, and what you hope to do outside. Photos and rough dimensions can help start the conversation, but we will still need to look at the property and discuss the scope. If an HOA has rules for your home, bring those into the conversation early.

Start with the Idaho Falls team

If you are weighing a new deck, a railing change, or a larger outdoor living project, start with a conversation about the property and your priorities. Call us at (208) 274-3260 or request an estimate. We can talk through what belongs in your plan and what needs to be confirmed before work begins.
