These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Dynamic Decks, Inc. ("Dynamic Decks", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, see our work and contact us. Please do not misuse it: do not try to disrupt it or reach parts of it you are not meant to, do not copy it in bulk with automated tools, and do not send false or misleading information through our forms.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer or a quote. Materials, products, colors and availability change. Photos show past projects to give you ideas; your project may differ.
Estimates and projects
Requesting an estimate through this website does not create a contract. The scope, price, schedule and warranty for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and Dynamic Decks. These terms do not change that agreement.

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Dynamic Decks, Inc. or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.
Links to other websites
This site links to websites we do not control, such as social media and product manufacturers. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not affect any warranty in your written agreement with us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dynamic Decks is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations under a written agreement with you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
