Deck and Outdoor Material Brands in Spokane

Dynamic Decks works with selected decking, framing and outdoor-structure brands for projects around Spokane. We can talk through the actual board, frame, cover or screen that fits your project, because a brand name alone does not tell you what is in the estimate.

Trex Decking, Railing and Lighting

Trex is one of the composite decking brands we work with. We can also discuss Trex railing and lighting. If you like a Trex board, let's look at its color and profile beside the railing you want, then decide whether lighting belongs in the plan. We will name the products in your proposal rather than assume that choosing one Trex component means the whole deck has to come from the same line.

TimberTech Decking, Framing, Railing and Lighting

TimberTech by AZEK is another decking option in our range. Its composite and Advanced PVC boards are different materials, even when the finished deck has a similar wood-look appearance. We also work with TimberTech aluminum framing, railing and deck lighting. We can compare the board, structure and details separately, then put the actual products you choose in writing. A TimberTech surface does not require TimberTech components everywhere else.

Fortress Building Products Steel Framing

We work with Fortress Building Products steel deck framing. The frame is not the part you will see from the yard, but it affects how the deck is supported and how the proposed structure is described. If steel framing is under consideration, ask us where it would be used and how it fits the design. We can compare that plan with other framing options rather than treating every deck frame as the same purchase.

ProWood Treated Framing Lumber

ProWood pressure-treated lumber is one of our framing options. That means lumber for the structure beneath the deck boards, not pressure-treated wood as a proposed walking surface. We will separate the surface you choose from the frame that supports it and identify both in the estimate. If you are comparing proposals, check what each one says about the hidden structure, not only the decking boards.

PWT Treated LVL Framing

We can also discuss PWT Treated LVL for framing. LVL is engineered lumber, and the manufacturer describes this product as preservative-treated during production. It is not the same thing as ordinary pressure-treated dimensional lumber. We can discuss whether it fits your deck and name the product in the proposal if it does. The right frame depends on your deck's design, not just the brand of the boards above it.

Hideaway Pergolas

For pergolas, we can discuss Hideaway. Start with where you want shade, the space available for posts and whether an open overhead structure meets your needs. We can then identify a specific system before including it in a proposal. A pergola choice is separate from the decking-board and framing choices above.

ACRYLITE Cover Materials

ACRYLITE makes acrylic sheets used in patio and deck covers. If you want light through a roof over a patio or deck, we can discuss whether an acrylic panel belongs in the design, along with the supports and water path. It is a material choice, not a complete cover on its own. The proposed sheet and cover structure should both be named before you decide.

MaestroShield Porch Screens

For porch screens, we can discuss MaestroShield. Its retractable screens are a different conversation from the fixed openings of a conventional screened porch. Tell us whether you want a screen you can retract or a permanently screened sitting area. We can look at the porch opening and supporting structure, then discuss whether a MaestroShield product fits that scope. We will not assume every porch includes a retractable screen.

Cedar and Ipe Wood Decking

We also work with cedar and Ipe for wood decking. These are wood species, not brand names. If you want natural wood, we can compare its appearance and upkeep with a composite or PVC board. The exact species, grade and finish should be clear in your proposal rather than hidden behind a generic label such as wood deck.

Choose the Product and the Project Together

Start with the space you want to use. A new deck may call for a decking surface, frame, railing and lighting; a cover or pergola changes the scope; a porch screen has its own opening and support questions. We can walk through the selections that actually apply to your outdoor project and put the chosen products in the estimate.
